Because our service involves running paid advertisements through external platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc.), and budgets are charged instantly by these platforms, we cannot issue automatic refunds for completed or ongoing ad campaigns.
2. Refund Cases We Accept
A refund may be issued only in the following situations:
- If the service was not delivered at all.
- If a technical issue from our side prevented the start of the advertising campaign.
- If the client added funds by mistake before starting any campaign.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method.
